I keep this simple because the practice keeps it simple. I collect as little as possible, I never sell your information, and I tell you plainly what happens to it.

To understand which pages are useful, this site counts visits using a small, first-party tool I run myself. It records only:
Page visited (path only) Rough source (e.g. "search", "social", "direct") Device type (mobile or desktop) The date
That's the whole list. There are no advertising trackers and no profiles built about you. I do not collect your IP address, your name, or any identifier that points back to you. The numbers are aggregate — I can see that a page was viewed, not who viewed it.
One first-party cookie, and only if you accept. So I can tell a returning visitor from a new one, I set a single cookie on your device named cm_vid — it holds a random id, not anything about you, and it's never shared with anyone. Nothing is set and nothing is counted until you choose "Accept" on the cookie notice. Choose "Decline" and it stays fully off; you can change your mind any time with the "Privacy" control at the bottom of the site, and a browser-level Do-Not-Track or Global Privacy Control signal is treated as a decline automatically.
When you fill out the inquiry form, you give me your name, contact details, and what you're working toward. I use that only to respond to you and, if we work together, to deliver the services. The form also counts as one anonymous "inquiry" in the analytics above — that count is not tied to your name or your answers.
If we correspond, I keep our emails so I have our history. Sessions are held over Google Meet; I take my own notes to serve you well. I use Stripe to take payment — Stripe handles your card details directly, and I never see or store your full card number.
Anonymous analytics counts are kept for up to a year, then cleared. Your inquiry and client records are kept for as long as we're working together and a reasonable period after, in case you return. You can ask me to delete your records at any time.
